As the new year starts, we are excited about our new investment property already in the works.  Located in the White Rock Valley neighborhood of Lake Highlands it was purchased as a single story 3 bedroom 2 bath. Our plans are to remove the roof and add a second story making it a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath with a second living space upstairs. This will be a great home for a family new to the area or a growing local family ready to move up. We haven’t work on the interior finish out, but we do think this will ultimately be a home that is unique to the area.
